Reshamis Certifiedd evidence-based nutritionist and Faculty of Nutrition at NFNA. She has been associated with NFNA for one and a half year . 
 

She has been in the wellness field for over 8 years now, and erstwhile her banking experience of 15 years spread across Bank of America, ABN AMRO, Citibank and ICICI Bank. 

  

Her own health challenges fueled her transition to wellness. She says she learned important of wellness the hard way and achieved following health milestones: 

  

  •        Going off 60 units of insulin 

  •        Regressing Diabetes 

  •        Reversing PCOD 

  •        Going off all medications by 95% 

  •       Loosing 35kg of weight 
     
     

  • This transition in her own health led her to get certified in : 
     

  •      Clinical Nutrition 

  •       Personal Trainer – Movement specialist 

  •       Intermittent Fasting 

  •        Keto Diet planning 

  •        NLP - Neuro linguistic programming, 

  •        Neuroplasticity, 

  •        EFT (Emotional freedom technique) and an aspiring HOOPONOPONO coach . 
     

Now she is on a mission to create more awareness about health. She is also founder of Blooming Lotus which entails wellness coaching where she combines the holistic and wholesome approach and formulates consulting sessions on all 3 pillars of wellness - Mind, Body, Movement 

  

She is very passionate about teaching and has taught hundreds of students the Certificate and Diploma courses in applied nutrition at NFNA.  As a faculty member she is a strong advocate of evidence-based approach and has imparted understanding on Nutrition along with tools that shape the evidence-based approach for students as well. While teaching She loves to mix real life analogies, her own experience of health challenges with Nutrition concepts to make journey of learning nutrition an interesting and interactive one for students.
