With a Master’s in Food and Nutrition, certifications in Pediatric Nutrition and Diabetic Care, and valuable experience from Apollo Hospitals, Motherhood, Ovum Hospitals, Cult. Fit and various clinics. Saraswathi offers personalized diet plans, lifestyle modifications, and nutritional education to address both chronic and acute conditions.


Her strong background in developing and implementing effective nutritional care plans is complemented by her expertise in a wide range of areas, including maternal nutrition, renal care, diabetes management, PCOS/PCOD, cardiovascular health, weight management, menopause, oncology and geriatric nutrition.
